Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Local AI Signal subscriptions, operated by Jack Alla. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles customer service inquiries and returns.

30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on new subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by Paddle. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  • Email us at support@localaisignal.com with your order details and we will help you submit the request to Paddle.

Paddle's refund handling is also governed by the Paddle Refund Policy and the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms.

Renewals and cancellations

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time from Settings → Billing in the app or through the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current paid period. Renewal charges outside the 30-day window are generally non-refundable, but we will consider reasonable requests on a case-by-case basis, subject to applicable law and your local statutory rights.
